Using With Oils
The lava beads on each Sanctuary Bracelet can be infused with special combinations of essential oils to boost their benefits.
How To Apply Oils (If you choose to)
- Remove the bracelet from your wrist
- Be sure it is clean and dry
- Add 1 or 2 drops of oil the first few times onto the black lava rocks until you are comfortable with the amount of oil you prefer
- Rub the oil into the lava rocks with the tips of your fingers until oil is absorbed.
- The natural lava rocks should be mostly dry before you wear the bracelet.
- Add oils as needed throughout the day.
- If you are changing the type of oil just use a warm soapy rinse to cleanse the beads before applying new oils. (dry rocks first)
Once your favorite Essential Oils are absorbed into the lava rocks they will work naturally all day long.
